Good to know
- When do my limits reset?
- These are rolling windows, not calendar days or months. Each reply frees up 24 hours after use. AI credits and exports return 30 days after use. At a limit, we show the next available time.
- What are shared AI credits?
- Receipt processing and Bon use the same allowance. Credits measure processing work, not the number of scans. Costs vary by receipt and question, so the shared allowance may be reached before the reply limit. In-progress requests temporarily reserve capacity.
- Do I need an account?
- Register for the full free allowances. In the mobile app, guests are prompted to sign up after 5 scans or 1 Bon reply. The standalone browser OCR scanner remains available without an account.
- Will I be charged when Pro launches?
- No. There is no automatic upgrade to a paid plan. Pro is coming soon; features and pricing are not yet announced.
